Farm products

At Lochmead Farms we respect and value our land by implementing Best Management Practices. We grow a diversity of crops ranging from blueberries to 80 percent of our dairy's forage for the cows. Growing the feed for our herd greatly reduces our carbon footprint and plays a major role in our sustainable practices.

Our farm products, such as peppermint oil, hazelnuts, and soon blueberries, make our ice cream unique. Each of these ingredients are grown on our farm, and in the case of the peppermint, we distill it into oil, too. During blueberry season, these juicy treats are also sold at our local Dari Mart stores.
