Chocolate milk is great for recovery after exercising. That's why we're going to be at the Monster Mash on Sunday, Oct. 30 at Slocum Center, 55 Coburg Rd in Eugene. Join over 600 runners, walkers and canines in one of Eugene's most popular races: 5K, and a 5K walk. Costumes are great, even the dogs come dressed for Halloween. Race starts at 11 am.
