Meet Robin

Robin Frojen must have the best job at Lochmead Dairy. As Quality Assurance Manager, Robin is always excited to hear from our many happy customers who go the extra step to express how much they love our family's dairy products.

"It amazes me how many people contact us to tell us about an experience they've had with a product," Robin says with a laugh. "It's one of the best parts of my job."

Often, she hears from customers who've enjoyed our products for years, and then there are those who've just discovered Lochmead Farms milk and ice cream for the first time. "People feel very close to Lochmead Dairy and the products we make, and it's always great to hear from them," Robin says.

Robin also works on research and development, which means she gets to come up with and taste our newest ice cream flavors! "Between taking customer calls and tasting ice cream, I think I've got a pretty great job."
